If inclement weather forces the postponement
of the fireworks,
scheduling
will be as follows:
Fireworks: The evening of July 5th, same
time.
Rubbish
Disposal:
The July 4 Plymouth, Inc., committee would
like to remind visitors to the festivities
that ALL costs for this event must be paid
for by us. This includes all clean-up costs
at the conclusion of the celebration We
would ask that all visitors please take
all trash that they have with them when
they return to their automobiles.
Pets:
July 4 Plymouth, Inc., would like to remind
all visitors that the fireworks
display is no
place for pets. The crowds,
loud noises and heat only tend to scare
them, thus
creating a public safety hazard.
PLEASE, for the well being of your pets
and others, LEAVE YOUR PETS AT HOME!
Alcoholic
Beverages:
The Plymouth July 4th celebration is a family
event, and alcohol is not permitted.
Public
Restrooms:
Port-a-potties are located at both ends
of the waterfront for visitors’ convenience.
There will be some on the water side of
Water Street,
as well as in the Memorial Hall parking
lot, by the Tourist Information Center.
In addition, there are indoor facilities
located on Town Wharf by the Mayflower II,
and in the 1749 Courthouse located next
to the Governor John Carver Inn.
Vendors:
July 4 Plymouth, Inc., has sole vending
rights on all public property in dowtown and the waterfront area on July 4th.
Any vendors must get approval from July
4 Plymouth, Inc. before being allowed to
sell ANY products during the festivities.

As always, sales of items on private property
is allowed.
